Live at the Forum: London 1994 (CD) - Todd Rundgren
Two CD live archive release from the veteran singer, songwriter and producer. 1994 saw the release of Todd's ground-breaking No World Order album, which was the first interactive album release utilizing the recently developed CD-i format, allowing the listener to alter the playback of the interactive disc by selecting one of four pre-determined sequences prepared by different producers. Such an exciting concept gave birth to a unique and exciting tour, which saw Rundgren appear on his own on stage surrounded by keyboards, guitar and performing live utilizing the latest technology. The interactive concept first begun on No World Order now moved to another level, where the audience at each concert was encouraged to become part of the interaction with the performer, even offering his guitar to members of the audience at some parts of the concert. In October 1994 Todd performed two concerts at The Forum in London's Kentish Town, which were captured on tape. This set is derived from these recordings and captures this unique performer at yet another key stage in his career, with a set comprising material from No World Order alongside classic material from his wide ranging and diverse back catalogue. Live At The Forum perfectly captures the energy and excitement of a memorable tour.
